4. How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions within 2 business days.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item, clearly write the RAN on the outside of the box, and include a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Ship the Item: Send your return to the address provided. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number for reference.
5. Inspection and Approval
- Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
- We will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
