BBrose Refund Policy

At BBrose, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from BBrose (www.bbrose.com), whether by guest checkout or registered account holders.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  1. The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  2. The product is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  3. You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2.1 Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  1. Gift cards.
  2. Downloadable software products.
  3. Final sale or clearance items (marked "Non-Refundable").
  4. Perishable goods and personal care items that have been opened for hygiene reasons.

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact Support: Email refunds@bbrose.com with your order number, item name(s), and reason for the refund.
  2. Return Authorization: Upon review, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the product securely, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship to the address provided.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

4. Refund Methods and Timeline

  1. Approved Refunds: Will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  2. Delayed or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days, first check your bank statement, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. If still unresolved, email refunds@bbrose.com.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, follow the Refund Process and specify that you need a replacement.

6. Shipping Costs

  1. Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
  2. Free Returns: Occasionally, BBrose may offer prepaid return labels. Any such promotion will be noted on the product page and in your order confirmation.
