BBrose Cancellation Policy
At BBrose, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your orders placed through our website (www.bbrose.com).
1. Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed on BBrose, regardless of payment method or checkout status (guest or registered user).
2. Cancellation Window
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping process.
- Orders that have been shipped or marked as fulfilled cannot be canceled online; please refer to our Return Policy for post-shipment returns.
3. How to Cancel
- Online Cancellation: Log in to your BBrose account, navigate to My Orders, select the relevant order, and click Cancel Order within the allowed window.
- Email Request: If you are unable to cancel online, email support@bbrose.com with your order number and cancellation request.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is processed.
4. Cancellation Fees
- No Fee: Cancellations made within the 2‑hour window are free of charge.
- Restocking Fee: If you cancel after our fulfillment team has begun processing but before shipping, a 5% restocking fee may apply.
- Non-Cancellable Items: Pre-order and limited-edition items are non-cancellable once confirmed; please review individual product pages for details.
5. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation approval.
- Shipping charges may be refunded if the order has not yet shipped.
6. Exceptions & Special Cases
- Gift Orders: If you selected gift wrapping, the gift wrap fee will be refunded only if canceled before processing.
- Bulk or Wholesale Orders: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours; a higher restocking fee may apply.
